We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, undamaged, with its tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt may also be required.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been worn, used or damaged after receipt.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Depending on stock availability, we may also offer a direct exchange where possible.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.
